*ALL CONSIGNORS ARE AGREEING TO THE ABOVE TERMS WHEN CONSIGNING  ITEMS TO A NELSON LIVESTOCK AUCTONS SALE.  NELSON LIVESTOCK AUCTIONS AND/OR IT'S EMPLOYEES HAVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT OR PULL FROM SALE ANY CAGE THAT IS UNSECURE OR ANIMALS THAT ARE IN UNACCEPTABLE HEALTH OR CONDITION.   ALL AGREEMENTS ARE BETWEEN CONSIGNOR AND BUYER.   CONSIGNOR INFORMATION WILL BE PROVIDED TO ANY BUYER UPON REQUEST.
NEBRASKA RESIDENT CONSIGNORS  
*Nebraska State Law LB884-  Health Papers ARE REQUIRED on all hoofstock animals THIS INCLUDES BABY POT BELLY PIGS.  A vet will be on site to write the required Health Papers FOR NEBRASKA RESIDENTS ONLY if you do not have them before consigning your hoofstock, with a fee of $2.00 per animal. 
 

                Health papers ARE NOT required on poultry for Nebraska Resident consignors

  • All small animals MUST BE IN SECURE CAGES that go with animal.  This includes baby potbelly piglets, warm room animals, birds, ducks, geese etc...
  • All animals in cages MUST have food and water secured in cage.  It is responsibility of seller and buyer to care for their animals consinged and purchased
  • Secure cages only! NO CARDBOARD BOXES!
    (They get wet, fall apart and animals escape or get hurt)
  • Be sure item(s) in cage can be seen well
  • All consigned items must have proper paperwork per Nebraska Laws (See Above)
OUT OF STATE CONSIGNORS
Nebraska State Law requires a certificate of veterinary inspection (Health Papers) for all livestock coming into the State of Nebraska.  An entry permit number is also required and is available from your vet.
All out of state Poultry/Waterfowl coming into the State of Nebraska is required to have pollorum test results OR paperwork showing they are from a Certified NPIP Flock
